Hosted a full day employee wellness workshop. Conducted 30-minute individual health assessments, provided one-on-one movement and mobility consultations, and led 4 group fitness workshops designed for beginner to advanced level participants.
Delivered guest lecture to health staff and student wellness committee on improving campus fitness. Led workout planning session, enrolled select individuals in a 5-week fitness challenge, and provided additional healthy eating and exercise resources.
Designed multi-session planning workshop for 60+ local and county policy-makers to improve access to healthy foods and recreation programs in communities of color in Colorado. Facilitated breakout discussion sessions that resulted in draft action plans for future implementation.

Cheryl Davis is a lifestyle coach, author, and motivational speaker who has created powerful transformations for hundreds of clients.

She is a National Academy of Sports Medicine Certified Personal Trainer and a Certified Nutrition Specialist through the International Society of Sports Nutrition. 
She has previously worked with the nation's premier health philanthropy, the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation, supporting 200+ elected and appointed officials and their member organizations in the design and implementation of childhood obesity reduction policies. 

Cheryl holds a BA in Political Science from Yale University and a MS in Urban Policy Analysis and Management from The New School.
